Membership Terms & Policies

Three-month minimum membership. Full payment collected in advance. Automatically renews every three months unless canceled.

PostalHub175 memberships require a minimum three-month commitment, with automatic renewal for successive three-month terms unless canceled before the renewal date. Full three-month payment is collected upfront. Packages exceeding the monthly allowance incur a $1 fee per package, and packages held beyond the included holding period are subject to a $1 daily storage fee per package. Additional charges may apply to oversized or unusually heavy packages. Members will receive an email notification upon package arrival, and pickups must be made during regular business hours. Holding periods are adjusted for Sundays and holidays when the store is closed. All deliveries must be addressed to the registered member at PostalHub175, 175 W La Palma Ave, Unit 7, Anaheim, CA 92801. Additional terms apply to unclaimed packages and membership cancellations.
